We are proud to have completed the check list and been approved and are "Good to Go". To go along side our Risk Assessment for bike hire, which has been approved by Forestry England, we are operating at both Kielder Cycle Centre and Kielder Waterside with just one person/family inside the premises at any one time. We have hand sanitizer outside the door and also regularly sanitize items/surfaces touched by staff or customers. At the end of every hire the contact points on the bikes are treated with 20% bleach, as are the helmets.

Precautions
Only one person/family in the shop at a time.
Returned bikes and helmets should be leaned against the left side of the building.
All frequently used surfaces are disinfected regularly.
The ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry standard and supporting mark means businesses across the sector can demonstrate that they are adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and check they have the required processes in place.
To obtain the mark businesses must complete a self-assessment through the Visit England website, including a check-list confirming they have put the necessary processes in place, before receiving certification and the ‘We’re Good To Go’ mark for display in their premises and online.
